We are hiring for our clientwho are seeking dedicated Contact Centre Customer Advisors available immediatelyto join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role – Contact Centre Customer Advisor
  • Respond to telephone, email, and live chat enquiries from the general public
  • Provide accurate information to customers
  • Manage complaints and customer queries efficiently
  • Respond to e-commerce enquiries and transfer calls as required
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy when completing forms and written responses
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
The Person – What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to read and interpret information accurately
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths, or 2 years’ relevant experience
