What you'll be getting up to

• You'll deliver fitness coaching to customers both individually and in groups.
• You will educate, inspire and motivate them to keep fit and healthy through exercise as part of their daily routine and life plan.
• As an Instructor in all things health and fitness, you'll guide customers to achieve health and fitness goals
• You'll ensure the safe use of equipment and facilities.
• And ensure that safety checks and the cleanliness of the Fitness Suite is maintained.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can be a positive role model, engaging with users to build rapport and create a welcoming environment in which to motivate and encourage participation, promoting the benefits of exercise and membership packages.

You will need to be qualified with a minimum NVQ Level 2 Fitness instructor qualification and be able to demonstrate a level of experience within the Fitness or Leisure industry.

Additional requirements

• This role requires an Enhanced DBS Check (applied and paid for by the Council).
