A major beverage supplier in the UK is seeking a Customer Development Manager to drive growth in both Soft Drinks and Beer sectors. You will be responsible for leading strategic negotiations, managing full P&L accountability, and developing strong customer partnerships. The ideal candidate should have robust commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in account management. As a Customer Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our exciting growth channel. You'll lead strategic negotiations and develop comprehensive account plans to drive growth in volume, profit, and market share. With full P&L responsibility for both Soft Drinks and Beer business within your assigned accounts, you'll collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional results while building strong customer relationships with key accounts such as Shell, Rontec, EG On the Move, and Park Garages.
