The company provides capital raising, M&A advice, and asset management services, focusing on investments in renewable energy and energy transition technologies, including wind, solar, hydro, storage, efficiency technologies, infrastructure, and hydrogen.

Augusta is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to add multiple interns to its team in the coming months.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following credentials:

• Education: Top results from a leading university
• Sector interest: Passion for investment banking with a strong understanding of renewable energy
• Relevant experience: Previous work in investment banking, consulting, renewable energy firms, or transaction services; other relevant experience is also welcomed
• Experience: 0-1 years in investment banking, consulting, or energy sector
• Motivation: Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
• Maturity: Ability to engage with senior industry counterparts
• Enterprising: High level of initiative
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Languages: Fluency in English and ideally another European language

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth company and sector analysis, financial modeling for pitches and mandates, and translating analysis into client recommendations
• Drafting deal marketing documents, internal investment presentations, and other client materials as needed
• Assisting with due diligence activities and coordinating workstreams with advisors throughout the execution process
• Participating in firm-wide marketing activities, including drafting pitches and building client relationships
