Customer Service Advisor

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5 pm)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clear information on products, services, and orders.
• Log, track, and resolve issues, escalating where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with customer information.
