PDG Media is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, ideally in the food & beverage sector or for marketing agencies. Knowledge of specialty coffee and familiarity with industry key players is a significant advantage.
PDG Media is a specialist GTM & marketing agency focused on the F&B sector, particularly specialty coffee. It is part of the PDG Global media group, which includes trade publications such as Perfect Daily Grind & Coffee Intelligence, and the Producer & Roaster Forum. In 2025, we are launching the Global Coffee Awards initiative.
This role is permanent/full-time, based in the UK, primarily remote with office days depending on the candidate's location. The candidate should enjoy engaging with people daily, identifying business opportunities, and strategizing deal closures.
You will manage the pipeline for our strategic project sales, including identifying target customers, developing opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals at the right moment.
Our current and past clients include brands like MTPak Coffee, Hardtank, Flo-Smart, and organizations such as Guatemalan Coffees, UKAid, and Adam Smith International.
You will work closely with the COO to align with sales strategies, drive new business, and meet revenue targets. Effective communication with clients at all levels and the ability to identify their needs are essential.
