Job Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Our client is a privately owned, high-growth, acquisitive, and organically scaling IT managed services provider (MSP) with revenues of approximately £80m and a very healthy EBITDA. The company is disrupting the well-trodden MSP market and has minimal debt.

They are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer who will be responsible for operations, processes, systems, and product development to help scale the business beyond £100m in revenues.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience as a COO or equivalent in a growth-oriented MSP.
2. Proven leadership of diverse operations in businesses with revenues of £70m or more — this is essential.
3. Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
4. High energy, resilience, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Willing to work in Birmingham, Manchester, or London on a daily basis.
6. Natural leader and effective communicator.
