37.5 hours per week - evenings and weekends, with occasional days

£26,861 per annum

At Lysaght Newport, we’re searching for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator who thrives on overseeing events from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Sales team and Operations Manager to deliver magical experiences for everyone — from event bookers to brides-to-be.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the setup and transformation of event spaces with flair and attention to detail
• Manage the team on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Add those perfect finishing touches that make each event truly special
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless, joyous celebrations
• Stay active and on your feet throughout events — this role is far from a desk job and perfect if you love a dynamic, hands-on environment!
  
  

This role primarily involves evening and weekend shifts, with occasional day work — perfect for anyone seeking great work-life balance!
