A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a first jobber who is looking to kickstart their career in a team assistant position. Working for a boutique, wealth management firm in the heart of Victoria. This role comes with excellent benefits, fabulous culture and opportunity for career progression!

Key Duties for the Team Assistant

  1. Support the COO with diary/time management
  2. Support the COO with their day-to-day responsibilities to include various Compliance tasks
  3. Support Client Onboarding and Account Opening
  4. Support Internal and External Cash movements including client callbacks
  5. Support Monthly Updates to clients/third parties
  6. Maintaining and updating client records
  7. Day to Day Client Queries

The Ideal Team Assistant

  1. Excellent communicator verbally and in written form
  2. Team player, with a willingness to learn
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. Well presented and professional
  5. Highly organised and thorough
  6. Moderate/advanced Excel and Word skills
