Aufgaben
- Manage a busy Sales Department and supervise a team of Sales Support Assistants.
- Answer incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements.
- Input client orders onto the computer system and track delivery progress.
- Liaise with external delivery contractors and arrange deliveries.
- Conduct research into potential new clients.
- Maintain computerized client database records.
