Job summary
A leading retail pharmacy in North East England is seeking a pharmacy assistant to support the Pharmacy Manager. The role includes working at the pharmacy counter, ensuring customer satisfaction, and availability for a flexible shift pattern. Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing and be eager to learn. Competitive hourly wage of £13.75 with excellent holiday and discount perks.

- Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional service
- Working across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
- Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
- NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in a community pharmacy is desirable but not essential
- Availability to work the shift pattern listed above
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
- Location: Northumberland Street
- Hours: 12 hours per week
- Shifts: As much flexibility as possible
- Salary: £13.75
