A leading mission-driven company in the UK is looking for a skilled commercial leader to shape and execute its growth strategy. The role involves nurturing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and embedding a strong commercial culture. This position offers a competitive salary and a 9-day working fortnight, allowing for flexibility and well-being.
Location: Mainly remote working from home, but with regular UK travel and occasionally further afield.
Salary: Circa £100,000 plus performance-related bonus scheme.
Hours of work: Contracted for 40 hours per week, with the added benefit of a 9-day fortnight - giving you every other Friday off.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Reporting to our CEO and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Marketing, youll translate our mission into a robust commercial strategy that fuels sustainable growth. We trust our teams to work remotely, from anywhere in the UK. That said, the Commercial team meet fairly regularly, and you are going to need to travel within the UK and occasionally further afield as part of your role.
