Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy Sales Department and supervise a team of Sales Support Assistants.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements.
  • Input client orders onto the computer system and track delivery progress.
  • Liaise with external delivery contractors and arrange deliveries.
  • Conduct research into potential new clients.
  • Maintain computerized client database records.

  • - Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas
  • - Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature
  • - Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
