Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead our New Business Growth Focus Team in the North West. This individual will have outstanding capabilities around delivering first class outcomes for prospects and new clients to Everywhen.

They will be fundamental in leading our new business focus team across the North West, with wider responsibility for the Yorkshire and North West region in addition.

The Commercial Director will report directly to the Regional Director. This role will include building pipelines and securing opportunities, leading on new business pitches, working on our Top 250 prospects across the region, building our specialist propositions, insurer liaison and new business champion with insurers, and leveraging our group solutions and services to deliver the best of Everywhen to all our prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring profitability and client retention.
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of four Account Executives, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial insurance portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Regional Director in achieving business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
