Performance Marketing Campaign Manager
Our client is seeking a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across digital channels such as web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute chat campaigns supporting flagship product launches across Europe.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to create personalized messaging.
- Optimize chat scripts and sales flows to enhance conversions and upsell opportunities.
- Train chat agents with best practices, tools, and insights.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to improve campaigns continually.
Skills Needed:
- Over 3 years of experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g., LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk).
- Creative and data-driven mindset, with experience in personalization and performance marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for collaboration across European markets.
- Curious, commercial, and customer-first approach.
Bonus points for experience working with sales agents, chat automation, or European marketing campaigns.
