Our client is seeking a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across digital channels like web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute chat campaigns supporting flagship product launches across Europe.
  2. Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to create personalized messaging.
  3. Optimize chat scripts and sales flows to enhance conversions and upsell opportunities.
  4. Train chat agents with best practices and tools.
