Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Chertsey, Surrey (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across key digital channels like web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and deliver chat campaigns that support flagship product launches across Europe
  • Work with CRM, product, and content teams to create proactive, personalised messaging
  • Optimise chat scripts and sales flows to drive conversions and upsell opportunities
  • Train chat agents with best-practice tools and insights
  • Analyse performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve

Skills Needed:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g., LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk)
  • A creative and data-led mindset, with experience in personalisation and performance marketing
  • Great stakeholder skills – you’ll collaborate with teams across various European markets
  • A curious, commercial, and customer-first approach
