Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in FMCG marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven project management track record.
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Proven project management skills with leadership and influence over multi-functional teams.
• History of delivering business results and making impactful contributions.
