Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

Chertsey, Surrey (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across key digital channels like web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and deliver chat campaigns that support flagship product launches across Europe

Work with CRM, product, and content teams to create proactive, personalised messaging

Optimise chat scripts and sales flows to drive conversions and upsell opportunities

Train chat agents with best-practice tools and insights

Analyse performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve

Skills Needed

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g. LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk)
  • A creative and data-led mindset, with experience in personalisation and performance marketing
  • Great stakeholder skills – you’ll collaborate with teams across various European markets
  • A curious, commercial, and customer-first approach

Bonus points for: Experience working with sales agents, chat automation, or European marketing campaigns!
