About Your New Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? My client is looking for a confident and capable Personal Assistant /Branch Administrator to support our Branch and Sales Manager and help keep their busy branch running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing dedicated PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager
  • Managing incoming calls and maintaining the branch switchboard
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Assisting with general administration across departments
  • Creating sales quotations, processing invoices, and issuing delivery notes
  • Handling daily cashiering tasks and coordinating with Head Office
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and regular updates to the sales database
  • Supporting the sales team during trade shows and events
  • Conducting monthly stock checks on domestic items
  • Facilitating clear, timely communication within the team
  • Delivering a consistently professional and customer-focused service

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail in both written and numerical work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, approachable, and a positive team player
