You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
- Utilising infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, which are all handled for you.
- Operating under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
- Being part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners.

Minimum requirements include:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
- Ability to operate independently within a modern recruitment environment.
