Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
  • Experience in tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals is a plus.

Halr Tech Group | Remote | Full-time | Commission Only (80%)

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals
  • Utilize provided infrastructure: CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing
  • Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors
  • Be part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment
