Your role
- Support and advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value appreciation, target screening, exit planning), and portfolio optimization.
- Work on deals and transactions across various sectors with an international scope.
- Collaborate with your team to develop the investment story, examine hypotheses, prepare market models, and validate business plans.
- Engage directly with top-tier clients and experts.
- Contribute to internal development, participate in acquisition tasks, and support the growth of junior team members.
Your profile
- 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably in commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, or private equity.
- Excellent master's degree, MBA, or PhD, ideally in Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of business contexts.
- Social competence with some managerial experience.
- Fluency in German, English, and business communication.
- Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and databases.
