Job Description

Are you creative, organized, and passionate about visual concepts? As an Editorial Fashion Content Creator Image (m/f/d) in the Picture Department, you will be part of a small, creative team working directly with the Executive Creative Director. Your key responsibility will be managing the visual identity of the Breuninger brand, focusing on its editorial appearance on-site. You will actively participate in developing and implementing visual concepts for photo shoots (People & Still Life, Still & Moving; Omni-Channel). You will independently manage projects, utilize innovative technologies such as AI-based image generation, and develop high-quality editorial concepts and visual worlds.

Willingness to travel (headquarters in Stuttgart and various shooting locations, primarily in Southern Germany or Berlin) is required.

Responsibilities

1. Develop creative concepts (still & moving image) in coordination with internal stakeholders and using AI technologies
2. Plan and manage photo and video productions
3. Manage photo shoots independently, including overseeing the shooting team
4. Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams (photographers, stylists, project managers, etc.)
5. Utilize and integrate AI tools for content creation and optimization
6. Support post-production processes and coordinate assets with internal departments
7. Select and creatively curate visual assets for campaigns and brand communications
8. Contribute to evolving the brand's visual identity across all channels

Qualifications

• Completed studies or training in media design, photo design, visual communication, or a related field
• Several years of experience in fashion production (still and moving images) and editorial content creation; preferably in fashion, beauty, or home & living within the premium/luxury segment, including digital editorial experience
• Confident in using AI tools for image creation and optimization
• Strong sense of design, imagery, typography, conceptual work, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and conceptual skills, creativity, and innovation
• Team player, flexible, and resilient
• Enthusiastic about developing and shaping a brand’s visual identity
