We are hiring an Executive Assistant ( with perfect English ) for one of the most respected Singaporean entrepreneurs, whose business empire employs over 5,000 people globally.
He is based between Bodrum, Turkey, and Bremen, Germany .
Important : This role requires up to 90% travel and full flexibility
You will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative support for the Executive and his family, as the main interface for all tasks, including coordination of meetings and appointments, travel, events and beyond.
Job Summary :
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a critical role in supporting a dynamic and fast-paced executive office. This is a high-exposure position requiring exceptional organisational, project, and time management skills. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, logistical, and scheduling tasks for the CEO and, on occasion, his family.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in demanding environments, are proactive problem-solvers, and are committed to delivering excellence in executive support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities with flexibility and composure.
