- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis or similar with work experience in Performance Management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience in performance management, business steering or operational governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proven experience in coordinating complex reporting cycles and cross-functional contributions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines
- Fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage
- Reporting & Data Management
- Ensure alignment and quality standards for performance reporting
- Maintain clarity on performance status vs. targets and update KPI structures
- Oversee the full reporting flow, ensuring timelines and monthly cycles run smoothly
- MPD & UPD Process Management
- Meeting Facilitation & Governance
- Organize and run efficient MPD meetings, including agenda flexibility, timing control, room preparation, and communication flow
- Capture and circulate SMART actions, key communications, and key developments from reporting areas
- Weekly Reporting
- Collect and consolidate weekly reports, ensuring timely distribution and standards
