What you can expect

• You will be responsible for the design, development and operation of cloud-based services based on modern container, PaaS and SaaS technologies
• You work with Azure Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Kafka, Grafana, Instana, API Gateway, OPA Gatekeeper, Keycloak and Cloudnative Postgres databases and use various (security) tools to scan our code
• You will also integrate new technologies and products into the DKV Cloud infrastructure and ensure their proper integration
• You realize further software components and integration systems using agile working methods
• You will create functional and technical requirement descriptions and work closely with your team
• You ensure the stable operation of our cloud infrastructure and continuously focus on the scalability, maintainability, stability and security of our services
• In addition, you monitor the productive processes and services of our cloud infrastructure and ensure their recovery in the event of a fault
• You will support and train the software development teams, continuously optimize existing solutions and evaluate new technologies

What sets you apart

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in cloud engineering, especially with a focus on Kafka and Kubernetes
• Relevant professional certifications in cloud technology or architecture are an advantage
• You have a talent for communication and enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Your business fluent German is complemented by a very good command of English
