Job Description:
Join our technology team supporting energy trading activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Openlink Endur platform, focusing on technical delivery, supporting projects with Endur dependencies, and system optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications following coding standards and quality targets.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams, project teams, line managers, and leads for accurate delivery.
- Contribute to software development best practices at EnBW.
- Support and mentor other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates on individual progress.
- Customize and extend Endur functionality using OpenJVS, OpenComponents, AVS, Connex, C#, .NET, Java, and SQL.
- Work with highly customized Endur installations, including reverse engineering documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong development background with hands-on experience in Openlink technologies and financial markets (power, gas, oil).
- Ideally 10+ years of development experience with enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in modern design principles and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Deep knowledge of Openlink Endur (V19-V23 preferred), API design, and testing with tools like Swagger.
- Good SQL/Sybase skills; experience with C#.
- Hands-on experience with Connex Gateways, RTPE, APM, and performance tuning for batch processing.
