A leading travel services company is seeking a People Analytics Manager based in Hannover, with the ability to work remotely. This role focuses on developing and standardizing HR analytics processes for the M+A GAS Region, is crucial for data-driven decision-making, and requires strong analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in data analytics, project management, and tools such as Tableau and Python while being fluent in German and English. People Analytics Manager (m / w / d) - M+A GAS Region
The position is based in Hannover but can largely be performed remotely.

As People Analytics Manager for the M+A GAS Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are an experienced professional responsible for developing and standardizing regional HR analytics and reporting processes. You will act as a central interface between local entities and the central People Analytics team, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
You will create data and analytics products and derive critical business insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making. This includes forecasting workforce needs, analyzing trends, harmonizing regional data standards, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
