How you will create an impact
  • Stakeholder management: collaborate with partners, division leaders, CEOs, local HR, legal, finance, and board members across functions and geographies.
  • Recruiting support: oversee partner recruiting processes, monitor progress vs. targets and manage external/internal relations with global executive search firms.
  • Onboarding: manage and monitor the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and proper documentation.
  • Separations & offboarding: lead partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and a structured offboarding process.
  • Compensation & benefits: manage partner salaries, including bonus calculations and payroll communication.
  • Partner HR policies: maintain global policies and process requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part‑time work for board approval.
  • Shareholder processes: continuously improve and provide operational support for partner election, confirmation and exit processes.
  • Evaluation & development: oversee partner evaluation processes and develop learning & development programs.
  • HR data & compliance: maintain accurate partner HR data, employment records, contract changes, and compensation details.
  • Reporting: develop partner HR dashboards and reports for business leaders and the board.
  • Team & process development: support the global partner HR team through mentoring and process optimization.
About you
  • Minimum of ten years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international business environment with senior stakeholder responsibility.
  • Extensive experience in HR execution across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, HR legal matters and compliance).
  • Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) and a global matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP Success Factors or similar) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365); basic AI and advanced data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering high‑touch, professional HR support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
  • Leadership skills enabling you to drive a high‑performing HR team with clear strategic direction, role clarity, and a culture of accountability.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a service‑oriented mindset; proactive, responsive, and solutions‑driven.
  • Adaptable and agile, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently.
  • Fluency in English and another European language.
