How you will create an impact:

  • Support all partner recruiting processes in collaboration with local HR, Legal, and the Board
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage partner separations and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate partner salary rounds, bonuses, and payroll communication with relevant teams
  • Handle requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work in collaboration with local HR
  • Support shareholder processes like partner elections and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist with Board policies, communications, and process updates
  • Support performance management and learning initiatives for partners
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership

About you:

  • At least six years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international setting, working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity) within a global matrix organization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP HCM or similar) and digital tools (MS 365); advanced Excel skills
  • Confidence working with senior executives and providing high-touch HR support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded
  • Adaptable, agile, and able to handle complex requests independently
  • Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
