Job description

Location: all CHG-MERIDIAN locations in Europe

Tasks

  1. Managing and developing the Global Account Management Team with the aim of building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our largest international clients.
  2. Identification and realization of growth potential with our global key customers through cross- and upselling activities as well as acquisition of new customers.
  3. Leading customer negotiations and ensuring successful closing strategies on a global level.
  4. Coordinate and work closely with regional sales teams and other departments to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer relationship.
  5. Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs, forecasting and budget management as well as creation of action plans for continuous optimization of sales activities and market position.
  6. Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing international sales team to ensure high performance standards and a team-oriented work culture.
  7. Responsible for achieving and exceeding targets by developing and implementing effective, innovative account strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin.
  8. Management and monitoring of complex international customer projects.

Your Skills

  1. University degree in economics, sales, international business or a comparable qualification.
  2. Several years of experience in a senior sales position in Leasing or Financial Services.
  3. Excellent knowledge in the development and implementation of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  4. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a confident manner at all hierarchical levels and intercultural competence.
  6. Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with relevant sales figures and reporting tools.
  7. Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in an international environment.
  8. Business fluent in written and spoken English.
