Business Analyst – Digital Health (Remote, Canada Only)

Contract Term : July 2, 2025 – March 31, 2026 (with possible extension)

Location : Remote (must reside in Canada)

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in digital health implementations to support provincial-level healthcare transformation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, regulated environments and has a proven ability to engage clinical stakeholders, map processes, and translate real-world needs into executable system requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis for enterprise-level healthcare system implementations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Develop comprehensive documentation including workflows, business processes, and gap analyses
• Configure and support healthcare information systems, with a focus on the Allscripts suite
• Drive adoption of standardized processes across provincial healthcare teams
• Support the integration of clinical information systems for long-term and homecare registration
• Provide change management expertise in alignment with organizational goals
• Participate in implementation of PROCURA Mobile for homecare environments

Required Experience & Skills :

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital system implementation and process mapping
• 7+ years working on healthcare information system projects with clinical stakeholders
• 3+ years implementing standardized provincial clinical and operational processes
• Hands-on experience configuring Allscripts (Altera / Eclipsys) ADT or Clinical Documentation applications
• Proven track record supporting long-term care or homecare information system rollouts
• Experience with PROCURA Mobile in a homecare setting
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Certifications Required :

• Allscripts / Altera (Eclipsys) Configuration Certification (ADT or Clinical Documentation)
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
