This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

The Party 1 product group is responsible for enterprise customer data used by TD's key banking systems, delivering customer-centric data and services to our technology clients and business partners. The Party 1 team is currently seeking a full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst to work with its suite of APIs and mainframe applications.
The ideal candidate brings a solid IT background-preferably in Mainframe and APIs-exceptional communication skills to bridge Journey needs with technology solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
As a key member of the Pod Agile delivery team, you will be actively involved in many features to enhance and deliver new functionalities supporting Journey-sponsored and Infrastructure initiatives. You will translate complex requirements into clear JIRA user stories using the Behavior-Driven Development methodology to ensure delivery outcomes meet customer and stakeholder expectations. You will work in close collaboration with Journey partners, Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers to drive clarity, test, and support deployment.
