RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and document business processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop clear and concise documentation.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and recommend solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, processes, and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis to extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS :
