Job description

Paradigm has opportunities for Senior Healthcare Business Analysts to employ their knowledge, skills, and techniques to deliver and implement significant initiatives, enabling our customers to maximize their investments in business processes and information technology. We offer remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities.

What you’ll do:
  • Participate in transforming the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment.
  • Provide expertise through insight and oversight of analysis activities, establishing reusable analysis artifacts, and contributing to organizational redesign planning.
What we’d like:
  • Minimum of 4+ years implementing change in healthcare settings such as hospitals in acute care, primary care, or long-term care environments.
  • 8+ years performing analysis on current and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making recommendations to stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of experience in change management activities utilizing Prosci methodology.
  • 4+ years of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and systems.
  • 4+ years of experience with complex business architecture modeling and facilitating assessments/workshops with healthcare practitioners.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills demonstrated over 4+ years.
  • Experience in developing or modifying clinical workflows for 4+ years.
  • Leadership experience as a Team Manager or Lead Analyst for 4+ years, guiding teams through large-scale transformations.
  • Valuable clinical applications experience includes: Allscripts, Centricity, Pharmacy, ADT, CPOE, RIS, PACS, EMR.
  • Educational qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business or Systems Analysis is a strong asset.
  • Additional certifications such as CBAP, Prosci, PRINCE2, and ITIL are advantageous.
  • Desirable to have administrative or clinical experience in the medical field.
