In this role, your responsibilities include:

• Generating partnerships for the Dirk Kreuter brand, specifically through the Podcast and YouTube in Chinese.
• Increasing Dirk Kreuter's reach across all social media channels in Chinese.
• Negotiating short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including terms and conditions.
• Being the main point of contact for external partnerships in Chinese.
• Monitoring the continuing education market for risks and opportunities.
• Developing and presenting ideas and concepts to management, then implementing them.

• Having an existing network in the social media/podcast sector and proven success in acquiring cooperation partners.
• Possessing very good knowledge of the coaching market and legal conditions in Chinese.
• Having a strong understanding of YouTube and podcasts.
• Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Chinese.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
• High flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on mentality and a structured, self-reliant work style.
• Trustworthiness, social competence, and a strong initiative.
