We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare company to recruit a Finance Manager based in Dubai. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting while ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. As a key member of the leadership team the Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in driving financial performance managing compliance with healthcare industry regulations and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and business growth. This position is pivotal in supporting the companys expansion and operational efficiency in the region providing financial insights and direction to senior leadership to guide longterm decisionmaking.

• Oversee all financial functions including budgeting forecasting financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and potential areas for cost optimization.
• Manage relationships with external auditors regulatory authorities and other financial stakeholders.
• Lead the finance team driving performance and development to ensure financial excellence across the organization.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
