Reporting to: Corporate Lawyer / General Counsel
Team: Small legal team (1 senior + couple of juniors)
Our client is a highly respected, diversified Dubai-based family office / conglomerate with operations across construction, real estate, trading, logistics, hospitality, and industrial sectors. The business is known for its people-first, family-focused culture, professional standards, and a long-term strategic vision.
The legal team is small and collaborative, providing a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law in a dynamic, high-profile environment.
The Junior Legal Executive / Legal Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the legal team, ensuring smooth handling of corporate documentation, board meeting processes, and transactional paperwork. This role is highly organised and detail-oriented, with exposure to day-to-day in-house legal operations and corporate governance.
Qualifications & Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in a legal support or administrative role, ideally in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal teams. Experience supporting board meetings, corporate filings, and contract administration is highly desirable. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and document management skills. Familiarity with corporate governance and transactional processes is a plus.
