Our Company is a leading event management and exhibitions company based in Dubai, UAE, dedicated to delivering high-impact events, trade shows, and exhibitions. We are looking for a female, bilingual (Arabic & English) Business Development, Social Media & Content Executive to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, manage social media platforms, and create compelling content to attract new clients.
Business Development & Employer Branding:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the event and exhibitions industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop sales strategies to attract corporate clients and event sponsors.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads.
- Strengthen employer branding by showcasing company culture, success stories, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and management to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to engage and attract potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize reach and engagement.
- Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments promptly in both Arabic & English to enhance client interaction.
Content Writing & Marketing:
- Create high-quality content in both Arabic & English, including blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling event descriptions, press releases, and website content.
- Develop engaging video and graphic content to showcase events and services.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing strategy.
Event Management & Planning:
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Assist in branding, sponsorship sales, and event promotions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-event feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Female candidate preferred, as per company hiring needs.
- Fluent in both Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, content creation, social media marketing, and event planning.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Creativity in content writing, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
