- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and departmental administrative tasks.
- Support training, competency assessments, and ongoing development of nursing staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare discipline.
- 710 years of clinical experience in nephrology and dialysis care.
- 35 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a renal or dialysis setting.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with EHR systems and data‑driven performance management.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing.
- Deep knowledge of dialysis modalities, vascular access management, and nephrology clinical protocols.
- Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety standards.
- Excellent ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (JCI, DHA, DOH, MOHAP).
- Ability to handle high‑pressure environments and make sound clinical decisions.
