A leading property management company in Dubai is looking for a skilled individual to identify and secure properties for management. Key responsibilities include building relationships with landlords and understanding their needs, conducting market research, and achieving acquisition targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate and excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary and high commissions for every building acquired.

- Identify and approach landlords, property owners, developers, and investment groups.
- Secure new buildings, villas, and apartment portfolios for property management.
- Build strong relationships with owners to understand their property needs.
- Pitch management services like leasing and maintenance.
- Conduct market research to track new projects and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets for onboarding properties.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and report progress regularly.
