Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Product Manager to lead and enhance our clinical education programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous improvement in clinical learning.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Clinical Education Programs: Design, implement, and oversee educational programs and curricula tailored to clinical staff needs. Evaluate content for efficacy and align it with organizational objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring all educational activities meet legal and ethical requirements.
- Staff Coordination and Leadership: Supervise and mentor clinical educators, trainers, and staff. Promote professional development, effective communication, and teamwork within the team.
- Program Assessment and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of educational initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify gaps and implement targeted improvements.
- Continuing Education Management: Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to ensure clinical staff are up to date with the latest medical knowledge and practices.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Partner with medical and clinical leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate educational solutions for emerging clinical challenges.
- Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the education department budget to optimize resource allocation and program impact.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of advancements in healthcare, medical technologies, and educational methodologies to enhance program quality and relevance.
- Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based in a healthcare setting and requires occasional travel to various clinical locations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in healthcare, medicine, nursing, or medical education; advanced degrees or certifications in instructional design or healthcare management are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in clinical education, product management, or healthcare program development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate program outcomes, analyze metrics, and implement improvements effectively.
