Job summary

A global consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Contracts / Commercial Manager to oversee contractual financial and commercial aspects of a metro project. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in contracts within metro or infrastructure projects and possesses strong negotiation and cost control skills. This role is crucial for compliance and collaboration with various teams to ensure project profitability. The position is full-time and requires candidates with GCC experience, especially in RTA projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in contracts and commercial roles on metro or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth understanding of FIDIC forms of contract, RTA contract frameworks and GCC regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, contract drafting and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate consultancy and subcontract agreements.
• Manage commercial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Administer claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with RTA and UAE contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, technical and procurement teams to mitigate risk.
