We are a growing media and creative agency based in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for a proactive and driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the agency’s growth through strategic sales and outreach efforts.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base across media, social media, production, digital marketing, and corporate communication services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver agency presentations, pitches, and proposals.
  • Lead outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the creative, social media, and production teams to tailor proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide weekly business development reports.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to represent the agency.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in a media, marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of media services (content creation, social media, production, branding, and digital marketing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident presenter with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, plan outreach strategies, and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Strong LinkedIn and business communication skills
