About the Client

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive business growth across civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and lead a high‑performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities in civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting and performance monitoring to ensure revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.
Business Development
  • Drive business expansion through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering and project teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.
  • Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen market positioning.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure sales activities comply with UAE regulations, company policies and ethical standards.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and documentation in line with project governance frameworks.
  • Manage sales budgets with financial discipline and accountability.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build and lead a high‑performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Provide mentorship, training and career development opportunities for sales professionals.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in sales processes.
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles within contracting, construction or infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management and sales strategy execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced project‑driven environment with a focus on financial discipline and transparency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
