Job summary

A reputable HR service provider in Dubai is seeking a dedicated individual for an HR role. The successful candidate will handle visa applications, maintain employee records, and assist with various administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of UAE labor laws. Candidates should have at least a High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and experience in administration is a plus. This is a full-time position, and remote work is not supported.

Qualifications

  • Fresher or relevant experience in Administration.
  • Experience with visa processing and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle visa applications renewals and cancellations for new joiners and leavers.
  • Draft and issue HR related letters, such as salary certificates and NOCs.
  • Keep employee records and HR databases up to date.
  • Provide general admin support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation for employees.
