The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join one of the worlds leading global recruitment businesses, as they continue to expand their Renewable Energy Division with Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) within the Dubai Regional Office, working with clients and candidates throughout the Middle East.

The successful applicant will be tasked with contributing to the growth and development of my clients Renewable Energy Recruitment Division working across the whole Middle East region.

The Ideal Candidate

The Recruitment Consultant Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will be a highly skilled 360-degree recruiter, with a proven background delivering contingent or contract recruitment placements.

Business development is a key requirement for this role. You will be adept at identifying new client development opportunities, seeking to establish and build relationships to expand the current client base.

The Recruitment Consultant Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will take responsibility for both candidates and clients, concentrating on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management, building strong relationships with our multinational, regional and local client base to generate repeat business.

You will be tasked with attaining monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, for yourself and the wider Renewables Recruitment team, plus you will be working closely with our other international offices to ensure service delivery and management on our key client accounts.
