A digital marketing agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze traffic metrics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SEO, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, alongside strong communication skills, is essential. We are seeking a detail-oriented analytical and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing website content conducting keyword research analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. This role requires strong technical knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion for digital growth.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy.
Optimize website content landing pages and blog posts for search engines.
Implement technical SEO improvements (page speed mobile optimization indexing etc.).
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
Collaborate with content creators developers and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Manage and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
Identify and resolve crawl issues broken links and duplicate content.
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Computer Science or a related field.
2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog etc.
Proficiency in HTML CSS and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
Familiarity with JavaScript and technical SEO audits.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and CRO.
Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot SEO is a plus.
