Job Objective
REAP is seeking experienced Sr. HR Consultants Freelancers to support a variety of upcoming client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing organizational capability and driving high‑impact human capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies, systems and policies aligned with UAE labour laws and market practices.
- Organizational Design & Role Mapping: Design organizational structures and prepare detailed role profiles in a clear hierarchical format.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Assist clients in forecasting HR budgets and monitor performance to identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimize efficiency.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that are integrated with promotions, career development and talent retention strategies.
- KPI Development: Develop organizational and departmental KPIs to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement across HR functions.
- Manpower Planning: Consolidate and analyse manpower requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans accordingly.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Reward & Compensation Management: Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks to attract and retain top talent.
- Learning & Development: Develop training programs aligned with organizational goals to strengthen managerial and technical capabilities.
- Succession Planning: Establish structured succession planning frameworks to build leadership pipelines and manage internal talent mobility.
- HRIS & HR Operations: Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems ensuring smooth HR operations including data management and time tracking.
- HR Audits & Compliance: Conduct HR audits, develop compliance reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Design and implement corporate policies including HR, IT procurement, finance and code of conduct documentation.
- Survey & Benchmarking: Develop and administer employee satisfaction surveys, salary benchmarking reports and organizational assessments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5‑7 years in HR consulting or strategic HR roles, preferably with UAE market exposure.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects and deliverables and client expectations effectively.
