A leading multi-disciplinary sports, leisure, and hospitality destination in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage its end-to-end human resources function. With a workforce of over 500 employees across diverse operations, this is an exciting opportunity to shape people strategy, drive culture, and strengthen HR governance in a dynamic, service-driven environment. We are looking for someone who is excited by driving a culture change program.

About the HR Manager role

The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations across multiple departments, balancing strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a positive workplace culture, improving recruitment and onboarding practices, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager role
  • Lead core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
  • Oversee HR operations for a large, multi‑national workforce across diverse business units
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, government regulations, and internal HR policies
  • Manage staff welfare, accommodation‑related HR matters, discipline, and employee engagement
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to support business objectives
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to support growth and operational excellence
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
Experience required:
  • Proven HR management experience in a large organization (experience in hospitality, sports, leisure, or facilities sectors preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
  • Experience managing multi‑cultural, high‑volume workforces
  • Hands‑on, people‑focused leader with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
